First impressions count when it comes to buying houses, and we know April Cottage is going to create a fabulous first impression. Modern yet classic, what makes this house a home is its charm and character. At its hub sits a lovely, large kitchen/dining room with double doors opening onto the rear terrace and garden beyond gently blurring the boundary between the cottage and its garden. Simple cream cabinets give the kitchen a country look whilst the dining area will comfortably take a dining table for 6/8 people. Across the hallway along with the downstairs cloakroom, sits the living room. With its neutral backdrop and cinnamon oak flooring, it is relaxed, cosy and calming. Come winter months, you won’t want to be anywhere else except curled up with a good book in front of the wood burning stove. Our favourite part of this room, however, is the lovely bay window which looks out onto the front garden, it's the ideal spot to linger over that morning cup of coffee. Upstairs you will find three good size bedrooms. The master bedroom is a lovely light, calm room with two windows to the front and fitted wardrobes, whilst both bedrooms two and three are singles. All the bedrooms enjoy wonderful views to the surrounding Hampshire countryside. The family bathroom completes the accommodation. Outside there is everything you would want from a cottage garden. A terrace area to enjoy your morning coffee or a sundowner; pretty beds full of shrubs, and raised vegetable beds lined by gravel pathways for your very own kitchen garden. It’s a gardener’s oasis! There is also a single garage and ample parking.
